| 摘 要： | 高新技术企业建立快速、有效的技术创新机制,是企业的竞争力所在。在机制的创建过程中,如何选择相应的技术创新模式,是解决问题的关键之一。文章探讨了中小型高新技术企业技术创新模式的选择思路,以期为企业选择技术创新模式以及各级政府制定相关政策提供依据。

| Abstract: | The high tech enterprises should establish a quick and effective technique innovation system so as to cultivate the core competence.Therefore it is important for them to choose a technique innovation mode.The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of technique innovation in small-medium high tech enterprises which may be taken into consideration when these enterprises make their selection of technique innovation modes. |
