| 摘 要： | 总结了三种行政区对旅游资源的争议现象:归属争议、"身份"争议和"地位"争议,并分析了这些争议现象对旅游开发的影响,指出行政区旅游资源争议现象与我国旅游资源结构、行政边界区域的特殊性、我国行政区划的历史以及人们的地缘观念有极大的关系,提出行政区联合开发是解决这一问题的主要措施。

| Abstract: | This article sums up three types of disputes on the tourist resources across administrative regions, that is, disputes on the ownership, the identity and the status of the tourist resources. The article then goes on to analyze their impacts and points out that such disputes are closely related to the tourist resource structures, the particularity of the administrative region boundaries, the history of regionalization in China and the geographical relationship concepts. The author believes that co-development between administrative regions is a primary resolution to the problem. |
