| 摘 要： | 我国公共政策学在过去20多年的发展中取得了不少成就，但也存在一些问题。解决问题的路径有五：一是扩大宣传与普及，努力提高公共政策学的知名度和影响力；二是加强理论研究，努力构建中国特色的公共政策学理论体系；三是改进研究方法，努力提高公共政策学的研究水平；四是重视学科基础，努力强化公共政策学的学科建设；五是参与政策实践，努力夯实公共政策学发展的现实基础。

| Abstract: | The last twenty years has witnessed a great progress in China's public policy study,but still a lot of problems remain unsolved.The solutions to these problems are as follows: 1.Publicity should be expanded to make public policy science popular and influential;2.theoretical research should be strengthened and the theory building of public policy science with Chinese characteristics be established;3.research approaches should be advanced and public policy study be promoted;4.great importance should be attached to disciplinary framework and disciplinary foundation be strengthened;5.great efforts should be made to strengthen the realistic foundation of public policy science. |
