| 摘 要： | 高校商业贿赂行为是一种教育寻租行为,行为主体"教育寻租者"与"教育给租者"之间的关系是一种合作博弈关系。高收益与低风险是高校商业贿赂的主要成因。因此,需从道德内约、强化法规约束、完善监督机制等方面入手,做好相关制度安排,遏制高校商业贿赂行为的发生。

| Abstract: | Business bribery in higher instituions is an educational rent-seeking behavior. The rent seekers and rent granters are related as partners in a cooperative game.High income and low risk account for the practice of such a game in higher instituions,which should be curbed by means of strengthened moral and legal regulation and improved monitoring mechanism. |
