摘    要:以广州星级酒店为研究背景,通过问卷调查等方法收集第一手数据,采用独立样本工检验、单因素方差分析和Pearson检验等统计方法,鉴定酒店员工个人属性变量在组织承诺和离职倾向上的差异性,分析酒店员工组织承诺与离职意向的关系,验证对酒店员工的组织承诺的理论构想的假设.提出酒店员工组织承诺管理对策。

Abstract:Based on the background of starred hotels in Guangzhou,this paper used questionnaire survey to collect first-hand data.Independent sample T test,One-Way ANOVA,Pearson tests and other statistical methods are adopted to identify the difference of personal attributes variables between organizational commitment and turnover intention.Relationship between the hotel staffs’organizational commitment and turnover intention is discussed to verify the assumption about hotel staffs’organizational commitment.Practical suggestions are also put forward for the hotel staff management.
