| 摘 要： | 党的十六大报告指出:“发展社会主义民主政治,建设社会主义政治文明,是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。”这一论断,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。文章对政治文明的战略地位、科学内涵、根本性质、目标定位和发展模式等五个方面进行深入思考和阐述,力求在理论和实践的结合上作出分析,希望能在更深的层次上理解和贯彻十六大精神,以切实推进我国的社会主义政治文明建设。

| Abstract: | It is pointed out in the Report of the Party' s 16th National Congress that to develop socialist democratic politics and build socialist political civilization is an important goal of a well-off society. This conclusion is of great significance both for today and for the future. The present paper offers an interpretation of political civilization's strategic position, scientific connotation, its nature, definition and developing model. The authors try to combine theory and practice and interpret in a better way the spirit of the Party' s 16th National Congress so as to promote socialist political civilization in our country. |
