长春西汀渗透泵控释片在Beagle犬体内的药动学研究

考察长春西汀（VIN）渗透泵控释片在Beagle犬体内的药动学特点.采用高效液相法,以羟孕酮为内标,测定血浆中VIN的血药浓度,使用3P97软件处理计算主要药动学参数.VIN渗透泵片和普通片血浆中VIN的t1/2分别为（1.97±0.34）和（0.85±0.23）h;Cmax分别为（15.78±2.98）和（80.25±12.38）ng·mL-1;Tmax分别为（3.58±0.55）和（0.76±0.23）h.VIN的相对生物利用度分别为（96.11±24.14）%.VIN渗透泵片血药浓度平稳,可较长时间保持血药浓度.

Studies on In Vivo Pharmacokinetics of Vinpocetine Osmotic Pump Tablet in Beagle Dog

To investigate the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of VIN osmotic pump tablet in Beagle dog.Medroxyprogesterone was used as internal standard for VIN drug and the concentrations were detected by HPLC;The concentration-time data were fitted using 3P97 pharmacokinetics program.The main pharmacokinetics parameters of VIN of two preparations were as follows：t1/2（1.97±0.34）and（0.85±0.23）h;Cmax（15.78±2.98）and（80.25±12.38）ng·mL-1;Tmax（3.58±0.55）and（0.76±0.23）h,respectively.The relative bioavailability of VIN was（96.11±24.14）%.Plasma concentration of VIN osmotic pump tablets are constant and effective plasma drug concentration is kept for a long time.
