| 摘 要： | 皖南事变中,新四军领导人在军事指挥上的失误表现在:北移时,选择了错误的转移路线;转移中,不仅行动迟缓,而且三路并进,导致兵力分散;战斗打响后,项英优柔寡断在前,武断决策于后,贻误了最关键的战机;被包围后,叶挺判断失误,分散突围太晚。上述失误,是新四军最终惨遭围歼,未能避免或减少其损失的重要原因。

| Abstract: | In the South Anhui Incident,the military mistakes made by the New Fourth Army leaders are the following:(1) In moving to the north,they took the wrong route.(2) In the move,they acted too slowly,and also in three groups,resulting in dispersion of force.(3) During the battle,Xiang Ying,hesitating at first and obstinate later,missed opportunities.(4) When surrounded,Ye Ting failed to make the decision in time to break out in small groups.Those mistakes were the main factors for the Army's heavy losses and defeat. |
