| 摘 要： | 从宏观与微观两个层面对成就动机进行了概览和评介，指出未来的研究应摒弃平面的要素论视角，从人们所处的背景文化，个体的经验文化和成就行为的心理要素多层面多层角构建成就动机的层次网络模型。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with achievement motivation upon both macro and micro layers,and points out that future research should spurn visual angle of factors theory,moreover constructs a hierarchial-network model about achievement motivation on multi-lager,which involves individul cultural background one belongs to,his cultural experiment and psychological factors of achievemental behavior. |
