点压肾俞、照海穴对抗运动性疲劳的实验研究

摘    要:观察点压肾俞、照海穴对网球队员定量负荷后血乳酸(La)含量、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和反应时、闪光融合频率、握力的影响.对11名男子网球运动员,随机分为对照组和点穴组.所有队员每天进行一次训练,点穴组在训练结束后1 h内进行双侧肾俞、照海穴点压,每穴2 min,共4周.实验前后均采用功率自行车,于20 min内完成定量负荷运动;取静脉血测定血La含量、血清LDH活性;同时测定反应时、闪光融合频率、握力.实验前两组各观察值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);点穴4周后血La含量、血清LDH活性点穴组显著低于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01),同时对照组血La、血清LDH活性显著高于实验前(P<0.05、P<0.01);反应时点穴组低于对照组(P<0.05);闪光融合频率、握力较对照组增加(P<0.05),亦高于实验前.提示,点压肾俞、照海穴可以提高机体对运动的适应能力,减轻运动性疲劳.

A Study of Pressing the Acupuncture Points Shenshu and Zhaohai against the Exercise- Induced Fatigue

Abstract:Observation was made of the effect of pressing the tennis players' acupuncture points Shenshu and Zhaohai on La, LDH and reactive time, critical fusion frequency and grip strength after their institutional exercise in tennis. Methods: 11 male tennis players were randomly sampled into a control group and an experimental group. All players had training in the afternoon every day. The players in the experimental group were treated for 4 weeks by the pressing of their acupuncture points Shenshu and Zhaohai one hour after their training __ for 2 minutes on each point. Before and after the treatment every player rode a cycle ergometer for 20 min. The La and actively of LDH in the serum were tested. Simultaneously the reactive time, critical fusion frequency, and grip strength were tested. Results: Before the treatment, the players in the two groups did not differ significantly in the test (P(>0.05)). After 4 weeks' treatment, the experimental-group players'La, LDH and reactive time were lower or less than those in the control group ((P<0.05) ,(P<0.01)) while the latter's La and LDH were significantly higher than theirs before the experiment (P(<0.05), P(<0.01)). The treated players' critical fusion frequency and grip strength were higher than theirs before the treatment, and significantly higher than the untreated players' (P(<0.05)). The results indicate that pressing Shenshu and Zhaohai can eliminate the exercise-induced fatigue and improve the players' exercise performance.
