汉唐时期的经学与史学

经学与史学是中国古代因缘颇深的两大显学。在从两汉、历经魏晋南北朝而至隋唐的整个中世纪前期。经史关系呈现出不同的特点：两汉时期，史籍在目录分类上尚未形成独立的部类，史家的崇经意识非常明显，以公羊学为代表的今文经学对这一时期的史学思潮产生了重要影响；魏晋南北朝时期，史学呈现出的重视人物品评和历史评论。以及南北朝史学风格迥异等现象，则与这一时期玄学经学的兴起、以及南北朝经学分立现象的出现是相一致的；隋唐时期，经史关系集中表现为统治者对于经史之学的高度重视，由此出现了许多经史兼通的大学者和进行经史同步大总结的时代学术现象。

Classics and History from the Han Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty

Classics and history are the two important areas of learning closely related to each other in ancient China. The relationship between classics and history expressed distinct characteristics of the scholarship from the Han Dynasty, through Wei, Jin and the South and North Dynasties, to the Sui and Tang Dynasties, During the Han, history was not yet an independent field and historians paid much attention to classics, with the Gongyang School exerting great influence on historical thinking. In Wei, Jin and North and South, historiography stressed comments on historical figures and events. In Sui and Tang, rulers paid attention to both classics and history and many scholars were erudite in both areas.
