| Abstract: | With the development of the university library, it is neccessary to set up a "discipline-oriented librarian" system.This paper discusses the advantages of this system and the obligations of the discipline-oriented librarians. To build this system,we should learn from the experience of other libraries, train the librarians.and seek support from the teaching staff of the university. |
