教师专业发展研究与高等师范教育的人才培养

摘    要:教师专业发展研究证明,教师的专业发展是一个长期内化、积累、反思、提高的过程,长期性和阶段性是基本特征。作为教师专业发展初始阶段的高等师范教育,主要也是基本的职责应是通过对学科专业理论的系统学习,使高师大学生成为该学科领域的专业人员;通过对教育专业理论及教师技能的学习和训练,掌握基础的教育教学能力,形成对教师专业发展反思的萌芽。

Abstract:The development of the teaching profession proves that it is a long-period internalization,accumulation,reflection and improvement process;moreover,long-term and time-phased are the basic characteristics of it.The tertiary normal education,as the incipient stage of the development of the teaching profession,gains the leading also the most basic responsibility which is to become the expert of the certain field through the systematic study of the theory and to generate the reflection of the beginning of development of the teaching in order to master the fundamental teaching skills.
