徐闻珊瑚礁的现状与保护性开发

徐闻珊瑚礁是我国大陆沿岸面积最大、珊瑚种类最多,连片最为完整的珊瑚礁自然保护区,有腔肠动物门的珊瑚18科65种;礁栖无脊椎动物55科115种.在防止海岸侵蚀和降低赤潮的发生等方面徐闻珊瑚礁也起着极大的作用.徐闻珊瑚礁虽已宣布为珊瑚保护区,但管理工作未到位,如果在本珊瑚礁资源区,大力开发旅游项目如潜水、观光等等,为渔民提供许多就业机会,实际上就是对于渔民保护珊瑚礁的生态补偿.

Coral reef of Xuwen county is the largest natural protected region with the most species and the most intact area along our continental seacoast.There are 18 families and 65 species of corals and 55 families and 115 species of invertebrates inhabited in coral reef.Coral reef of Xuwen county play a very important Ecological role for resisting the seacoast erosion and reducing the endangerment of red tide.Coral reef of Xuwen county was although announced the natural protected region,but the management was not complete.If developing plentiful tour items such as diving,sightseeing,local people have more chance to get more work.In fact,it is equal to the ecological compensate to the fisherfolks for their protecting the coral reef.
