| 摘 要： | 武术作为普通高校体育教学中一个必不可少的教学内容 ,深受学生们的喜爱 .但武术套路的三多 (即动作数量多、方向路线变化多、每个动作所含因素多 )使得学生学习困难加大 ,运动成绩不理想 .本文采用表象训练法进行武术套路教学实验研究 ,结果证明表象训练是一种行之有效的教学方法 .

| Abstract: | Wushu is now indispensable in PE in universities. It is very popular among students. However ,the complexity of skills and tricks in m otion make it so difficult to learn that the achievements of training is ordina r ily not very good. It has been proved that this is an effective way of teaching after motile training by the teaching of the series of skills and tricks. |
