| 摘 要： | 本文提出一种用曲线代替增大分度齿形角渐开线作端面齿形的新型插齿刀。该插齿刀的铲形齿形是渐开线，理论上无齿形误差，可加大前后角来改善插齿刀的切削性能，而不会对齿形精度产生影响。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a curved outline gear shaping cutter instead of increasing angle of the pitchcirele involute gear cutter. This kind of the gear shaping cutter has the exact projected outline and no error theoretically. The cutting ability is improved through increaisng rake and clerance angle, that is no effect in gear accuracy. |
