| 摘 要： | 由于学术腐败对学术期刊的侵袭日趋严重,因此建立有效的编辑防范机制,遏止学术腐败在学术期刊中泛滥,已经成为学术期刊必须赢得的挑战。通过提升作者的学术规范意识,健全审稿程序,完善相关法律制度,构建起一套严格有效的编辑出版控制机制,把好学术成果的出口,学术期刊将会在规范学术研究,净化学术环境等方面发挥出独特的作用。

| Abstract: | With ever more rampant academic corruption,it is necessary to establish a prevention system in order to avoid and reduce corruption of the journals.Specific measures include raising authors' awareness of academic integrity,perfecting the draft inspection mechanism and related laws and regulations,and establishing an effective editorial and publishing system against corruption,so that the journals can better control the output of academic achievements and play their unique role in purifying the academic environment. |
