| 摘 要： | 针对高校的房产管理要求．对当前高校房产管理模式和方法进行调研，分析房产管理需求，采用当前流行的VS．NET，AjaX等技术．结合实践开发出基于web的高校房产管理信息系统，划分了系统的功能模块，并给出了系统的结构图．

| Abstract: | In view of university real estate management requests, the management models and methods in current universities are investigated and studied. Using current popular VS. NET and Ajax technology combining with practice, a university real estate management information system based on web is developed. The system functional modules are divided and the system structure diagram is presented. |
