| 摘 要： | 通过Internet发展进程及其特点的分析，对网络信息资源数量巨大、宏观无序、动态性的特点进行研究，论述了网络信息资源开发利用的理论内涵，并具体探讨了作为网络信息资源开发利用典型形式的联机检索数据库及开发网络信息资源的有效工具搜索引擎的现状及发展。
