近年来,美国的经常项目赤字不断增加,并创下了历史新高。文章着重从美国的财政政策、货币政策、储蓄率、生产力水平、资源开发控制、新兴市场经济国家汇率政策选择和国际金融中介机构行为变化等方面剖析了美国巨额经常项目赤字的产生原因,分析了美国巨额经常项目赤字对美国、全球以及中国经济的影响,并提出了中国应对美国经常项目赤字的政策建议。

The Analysis of the Huge Current Account Deficit of US and China's Strategy

Abstract.The current account deficit of US increased unceasingly in recent years and reached a new high. This article explains the cause of US current account deficit from the aspects of financial policy, mo- netary policy, saving ratio, productivity level, exploitation control of natural resources, exchange rate pol- icy chose by Emerging Market Economy and behavior change of international financial intermediary. The article also further analyzes the impact of US current account deficit on the economy of US, the whole world as well as China. In the final part of the article, we propose some policy suggestions for China to handle this situation.
