教授治学:问题、原因与对策

摘    要:为了全面了解我国教授治学的现状,论文对全国部分高校的教授进行了调查、访谈,归纳出教授在学术道德、学术水平、学术权力等方面存在的问题,从教授自身、大学与社会等层面分析产生问题的根源。教授治学,需要教授以学术为业,担当道德楷模;需要大学赋予教授学术权力,完善教授考核评价制度;需要社会健全法律,改革科研体制,只有这样,教授才能安心治学、治好学。

Abstract:To comprehend the current situation of professors' academic pursuit, this research investigated several university professors, showed that there are a few questions in professors' professional morals, academic level and academic power, and analyzed the causes from professors themselves, universities and the society. In order to improve and ensure professors' academic pursuit, the professors should focus on scholarship and be moral models, the universities should bestow on professors more academic power and improve professor evaluation system, and the society should strengthen law and reform the scientific research system.
