大学生外企就业的跨文化障碍分析

摘    要:随着国家事业、企业单位就业的日趋饱和,以及越来越多的拥有先进管理经验和发展前景的外资企业入驻中国,外资企业日益成为大学生就业选择的香饽饽。然而机遇总是与挑战共存。在享受外资企业带来的较为丰厚的薪水、较自由的发展空间的同时,在外企就业的员工也一直受到如何应对外企所带来的跨文化障碍的困扰。解读大学生外企就业所遇到的跨文化障碍并探索其解决的策略与方式,无疑会给当前大学生严峻的就业形势带来新的启发。

Study on the Cross-cultural Barriers of the College Students’ Employment in the Overseas-invested Enterprises

Abstract:With the enterprises and institutions’ employment saturated with each passing day and more and more advanced and promising oversea-invested enterprises entering into China,the oversea-invested enterprises become a prior choice for the college students.But the challenges also exist.When the employees in the oversea-invested enterprises enjoy more salary and more freedom in the work,they also have to meet with the puzzlement caused by the cross-cultural barriers.How to understand and overcome the cross-cultural barriers of the college students’ employment in the oversea-invested enterprises will bring a new finding for the present severe college students’ emploment situation.
