高校学生事务管理人员专业化建设

当前,我国高校学生事务管理人员正逐步经历从"兼职为主"到专业化的转变之路。一支具有较高思想道德素养和职业道德、受过专业化训练、学历层次高、乐于奉献的高校学生事务管理人员队伍,对大学生健康成长和综合素质的提升将起到重要作用。文章借鉴美国高校学生事务管理队伍专业化建设的经验和做法,提出了当前实现我国高校学生事务管理人员专业化的一些举措和途径,以求对大力推进高校学生事务管理队伍专业化有所启示。

The Professionalization Development of Administrative Personnel of Student Affairs

At present,the administrative personnel of student affairs in chinese universilies are changing from holding concurrent posts to being professionalized.A dedicated management team of university is highly beneficial to college students’ life and career development,especially when the team members have high moral and ethical quality,specialized training,and are well educated.Based on the successful administration of universities in western developed countries,this paper proposes a number of approaches to improve personnel’s professional skills for managing student affairs,which might be enlightening to the promotion of the administrative personnel’s profeesionalization in Chinese universities.
