房地产价格调控的经济法分析

近年来我国房产价格的总体水平呈现出持续攀升的现象，其原因是由于经济发展和政府监管不利等多种因素所导致，其中政府在房地产价格管理中的职能缺失和错位是主要原因。以政府完善房地产价格宏观调控的经济法理论为依据，在分析房产价格监督管理现状的基础上，提出应建立健全政府调控、引导房产价格总水平的相关制度。
