| 摘 要： | 电子政务作为信息化建设的一项重点工程,在世界大多数国家得到高度重视。发展电子政务,创新政府管理模式,推进政府信息化,已经成为新一轮世界公共行政管理改革的重点。建立县级统一的电子政务基础网络平台,充分利用社会信息资源、为社会公众提供更好的服务、提高政府机关办公效率、降低机关公务员的劳动强度等,都取得了显著的社会经济效益。
