| 摘 要： | 强化创新型人才的培养,加强创新人才队伍建设,是企业增强自主创新、突破技术壁垒、增强核心竞争力的战略举措。以企业技术中心为培养平台,对创新人才进行项目开发实战培训,是培养创新人才的重要途径。还应该通过设立＂创新人才特区＂、制定鼓励人才创新创造的政策、鼓励人才创新创造等措施,营造浓厚的创新型人才成长的氛围。

| Abstract: | The training of the innovative talent is the strategy that helps enterprises strengthen the self-innovation, break the technique barrier and make them more competitive. Taking the technology center as a platform, the actual project development training is an important way to foster the innovative talent. Besides, the sound atmosphere for the talent can be created by setting the special zone for the talent, making incentive policy for the talent and encouraging the talent. |
