| 摘 要： | 物流企业的经营模式是企业应用物流功能要素进行生产经营并获得收益的业务运作方式,是企业 取得收益的基础,同时也是企业核心竞争力的体现。本文在分析中国物流企业现状的基础上,借鉴先进物流企业的成 功经验,总结了若干种具有代表性的经营模式,并指出经营模式的选择是物流企业成功的关键。

| Abstract: | The operation pattern of logistics enterprise is business running pattern that enterprises apply logistics function factors to carry out the production and get profit, is the foundation that enterprises get profit, is also the embodiment of enterprise core competitiveness. The paper summarizes eight kinds of representative operation pattern based on analysis of Chinese logistics enterprise present situation and referred to advanced successful experience of logistics enterprises, points out the option of operation pattern is the key of logistics enterprise' s success. It must embody the service concept of modern logistics, must combine the reality of logistics enterprise. |
