摘    要:随着我国市场经济的不断深化,卖方市场逐渐向买方市场转变,企业间的竞争也越来越激烈,关系营销应运而生。作为市场的一份子,物业服务企业除了运用产品和价格策略来达到市场营销的目的外,重点还要在顾客、竞争者、内部员工、供应商、分销商和影响者市场上实施关系营销策略。

Abstract:Relationship marketing came into being with the deepening development of China’s economy,while the enterprises competition is becoming increasingly intent.This paper proposes to property management enterprises,besides product strategy and price strategy,use relationship marketing among their customers,competitors,staff,suppliers,distributers and influencer market to achieve their marketing objective.
