成人英语职业化与模块化教学模式构想

成人英语教学是成人高校课程中的一大难点。由于学生个体差异较大，并长期处于传统教学模式下，学生的英语应用能力与职业的要求还有一定的距离。为此，笔者基于自身的教学实践，提出了职业化与模块化英语教学模式的构想，并在论文中阐述了这一构想的出发点，实施要素以及实施效果。

Adult English Occupation and Modular Conception of Teaching Mode

Adult English teaching is one of the difficulties in adult higher education.Due to the large individual differences,and the long-term of traditional teaching mode,students’ ability of using English cannot keep up with the requirements of the occupation.Therefore,the author,based on her own teaching practice,proposed the thought on the English teaching mode of the occupation and modular conception,and in the paper expounded the conception from the starting point,the component elements and the implementation effects.
