| 摘 要： | 自欧盟征收碳排放费开始,世界经济进入了低碳经济时代,碳关税的征收对我国外贸企业的影响各有利弊,对此,我国企业必须采取应对措施,尽量消除碳关税征收的不利影响,促进产业转型,以适应新的国际市场竞争机制。

| Abstract: | Since EU began to impose the carbon emissions costs,the world economy has entered a new era of low-carbon.Carbon tariffs carry both advantages and disadvantages on China’s foreign trade enterprises.In order to meet with the new international market competition mechanism,China’s enterprises should take some countermeasures to decrease the adverse effects of carbon emissions and to promote industrial transformation. |
