| 摘 要： | 创新人才的培养是高等职业教育人才培养的时代要求,职业技能大赛作为高职教育的一种创新,对人才的培养起到极大促进作用。通过对全国职业院校技能大赛发展现状的分析,阐述了技能大赛对对高职院校人才培养的价值及技能大赛对职业教育发展的深刻影响。通过对技能大赛对学生的职业能力培养的重要作用深刻论述,做到以赛促教,以技能大赛为引领实施教育教学全方位改革以此提高学生的职业能力。

| Abstract: | It is time requirement to train innovative talents for cultivating vocational professional talents. Professional skill competition, as an innovation for vocational education, has been pushing the cultivation. Through analysis of the current situation on skill competition for vocational college over the whole country, the article demonstrates the competitions＂ value for talent cultivation in vocational college and their profound influence on development of vocational education. Based on deep analysis of the importance for the competition to talents cultivation, vocational college should aim at promoting education and carrying out educational comprehensive reform through the competition to enhance students＂ professional skills under the guidance of the competition. |
