| 摘 要： | 我国目前的粗放型为主的经济增长方式导致资源的过度消耗和环境的渐趋恶化，这已经严重威胁到中国经济的可持续发展。经济增长方式向经济发展方式的转变是我国实现可持续发展的必然选择，由经济增长方式向经济发展方式的转变预示着中国特色经济发展理论的创新。

This condition has threatened to the sustainable development of China＇s economy. It is the inevitable choice for sustainable development to change the mode of economic growth into economic development. The transformation indicates the innovation of Chinese characteristic theory on economic development. |
