加入WTO对台湾海峡两岸经贸关系的影响

WTO作为协调国际经贸合作的世界组织 ,要求两岸在 WTO框架下必须遵循共同的经贸规范。这将使台湾当局对大陆限制性、歧视性的经贸政策面临考验。而大陆也应积极完善其投资环境和经贸立法。与此同时 ,两岸还应大力加强信息交流 ,加大政策透明度 ,增强彼此信任 ,大力推动双边经贸发展 ,充分发挥WTO框架下多边贸易体制的优越性 ,使两岸的经贸关系有更大的发展

Entering WTO:Its Influence on Economic and Trading Ties Across Taiwan Straits

After joining WTO, both sides of Taiwan Straits will be bound by the rules and regulations of WTO whose basic function is to coordinate international economic and trade cooperation. Therefore, faced with new challenges, the Taiwan authorities should reconsider their current restrictive and discriminatory economic policies towards China's mainland. The mainland authorities, on the other hand, should step up to improve the investment environment and the existing trade laws. Concerted efforts should be made on both sides to increase the opacity of policy making, to promote information exchange and build up mutual trust so as to better exploit the advantages of the multilateral trade system within the framework of WTO and bring to a higher stage of development of the trade relations across the straits.
