| 摘 要： | 本文利用“价值链”分析方法 ,构建了一国在特定行业“价值链”中的地位模型 ,揭示了发达国家占据“价值链”的“战略环节”、发展中国家只能占据“非战略环节”的深刻根源。同时本文指出 :80年代以来由发达国家跨国公司在全球“价值链”安排下的国际分工不仅没有改变南北垂直分工的状态 ,而且增加了发展中国家经济发展的不可控性与经济增长的不稳定性

| Abstract: | This paper uses the method of value chain analysis to locate the position of a country on the value chain of a particular trade and reveals the root causes of the fact that developed countries hold the strategic links on the chain while developing countries hold the non-strategic links. The author points out that since 1980s, the state of the international division of labor remains unchanged on the global value chain controlled by multi-national corporations of advanced countries; furthermore, it aggravates the uncontrollability and unstability of the economic situation in developing countries. |
