| 摘 要： | 战略性风险是对企业可持续生存和发展构成致命性威胁的特殊性风险因素。战略性风险在企业组织不同层级有不同类型的体现。此外,在这一特殊风险因素形成的过程中,企业内外的主客观因素对风险的状态和程度都有着重要影响。认识和理解战略性风险生成的过程和影响因素是有效防控这类风险的前提。
