| 摘 要： | 延安时期 ,为了巩固政权、动员民众 ,陕甘宁边区政府采取了一系列措施加强基层干部队伍建设 ,主要是加强对基层干部队伍的学习教育 ;派工作团 (组 )到基层帮助指导工作 ;制订规章制度、加强民众监督、约束干部行为等。这些措施的实行 ,使得边区基层干部队伍建设取得重大进展 ,同时也为新时期造就高素质的基层干部队伍提供了宝贵经验

| Abstract: | During the Yan'an period,in order to consolidate the political power and mobilize the mass,the government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region took a series of measures to build the basic-level group of cadres.The implementation of these measures made the construction of the basic-level group of cadres good progress.It affords useful experience for bringing up the basic-level group of cadres with high quality in the new period. |
