| 摘 要： | 财政的职能决定了财政与城乡利益关系的调整关系十分密切。城乡二元结构的演变是以城乡利益关系的调整为主,其中制度变迁是主线,现代化进程是辅线。改革所经历的各个重要阶段,也是城乡二元结构发生变化的重要阶段。新中国成立以来,城乡二元结构的演变分为五个阶段。

| Abstract: | The function of finance makes its close connection with the urban-rural benefit readjustment.The evolution of urban-rural benefit readjustment includes the reforms of urban-rural benefit readjustment,institution changes and modernization.The key stages of the reform are also the important stages of the urban-rural benefit readjustment.Since the founding of the People's Republic,the evolution of the dualistic urban-rural structure has gone though 5 stages. |
