| 摘 要： | 新制度经济学把以往对效率的关注点从经济效率转移到制度效率上 ,是经济学的一大突破。关于制度效率 ,人们的评价标准虽不尽相同 ,但大多是与经济效率联系在一起的。可见 ,制度效率与经济效率是密切相关的。对二者关系的比较分析表明 ,要尽可能实现制度效率与经济效率的协同改善与提高 ,就必须消除由制度非效率所产生的经济效率低下的状况 ,为此 ,必须有意识地降低制度成本 ,提高制度效率

| Abstract: | The fact of the new Institutional Economics transferred the point to the efficiency on old days from Economic Efficiency to Institutional Efficiency is a great progress in economics. Although criterions of the Institutional Efficiency are different to each other ,yet most of them are connected with Economic Efficiency .Therefore ,the two of them are connected tightly . The comparison of their connections shows that the same improvement and promotion in Institutional Efficiency and Economic Efficiency demands dispelling the low Economic Efficiency produced by Institutional Non'efficiency ,also it is necessary to decrease the Institutional Cost and prompt the Institutional Efficiency. |
