| 摘 要： | 企业的产权结构分为外部产权关系与内部权利结构,从企业制度的演进中可以明白企业产权结构对企业的重要意义.因此,我国的国企改革必须首先进行产权改革,廊清其内外部关系,国企改革才会成功.
