| 摘 要： | 高等教育价值观解决为什么要办大学的问题;高等教育质量观解决办什么样的高等教育的问题。价值观决定了质量观,质量观是价值观的具体体现。高等教育价值观和质量观的确定必须充分体现时代特征、地域特色和共赢理念。高等教育价值观的丰富内涵决定了高等教育质量特性指标的多样性。

| Abstract: | The educational value of higher education answers the question of why we should manage colleges; quality control outlook of higher education concerns the question of what kind of education we should manage. The educational value determines the outlook of quality control, the outlook of quality control is the specific embodiment of educational value. The confirmation of educational value and quality control outlook of higher education should fully reflect the characteristics of time and region, and the idea of mutual success. The rich connotation of educational value of higher education determines the diversity of the quality feature indexes of higher education. |
