| 摘 要： | 文化素质是大学生诸多素质当中最根本最基础的素质,对其他素质的形成和发展具有很强的影响力。在对大学生实施素质教育的过程中必须加强大学生文化素质的教育和培养。文化素质教育的实施是个系统工程,应从更新教育观念、改革课程体系、建设校园文化、构建网络教育平台、开展社会实践活动等方面入手。
