| 摘 要： | 农业科技是农业第一生产力,农业科技创新是农业科技的第一生命力。在推进我国西部农业现代化进程中,农业科技却表现出明显的创新不足,即农业科技观念滞后、资金不足、体制不佳、人才短缺,这已经成为我国西部农业现代化发展滞后的最大“瓶颈”,为此,针对我国西部农业科技创新现存问题,需要构建一个与我国西部农业资源禀赋条件和农业现代化水平相匹配的农业科技创新的新模式。

| Abstract: | Agricultural science and technology is the agricultural first productive forces,and agricultural science and technology innovation is the first productive forces of agricultural science and technology.But the idea of west agricultural science and technology is backward,funds lacks,the system is not good,talents are shortage,which are the biggest " bottleneck" in west agricultural modernization development of our country.According to the problems,we must set up a new innovation's model of west agricultural science and technology that match the present situation. |
