| 摘 要： | 在新农村建设及构建和谐社会进程中,面向农村弱势群体医疗保障制度仍存在诸多体制性障碍缺陷。因此,重点对失地农民、农民工及贫困农民三类弱势群体进行医疗保障,集中完善包括合作医疗与医疗救助等多层次、多形式的医疗保障制度,实现病有所医、贫有所济,最终解决农村弱势群体的医疗保障问题。

| Abstract: | In the process of new socialist countryside and harmonious society building,it still has a lot of system obstacle in medical security system of rural social vulnerable groups.Therefore,it must establish medical security system for farmer who lost land,the peasant laborer and the impoverished farmer,perfect multi-level and the multi-form medical security system which including cooperative medical security and medical rescue system,Finally solves the medical security problems of rural social vulnerable groups. |
