陕北地区县域经济中主导产业的选择与发展

在过去几十年的经济发展实践中，陕北地区因地制宜的利用矿产资源禀赋优势、劳动力资源优势、区位优势等资源，创造了丰富的物质财富，但并不能从根本上改变陕北各县落后的经济现状；陕北县域经济主导产业定位不明确，面过宽，投资分散，造成重点不突出，并且产业关联度小，投资比例不合理，因此，在今后的发展中仍须以能源经济为主导，走新型工业化和市场选择道路，同时推进农业产业化和工业化相结合的道路，才是陕北县域经济持续健康发展的正确选择。

Leading Industries and Development Choices of Northern Shaanxi County Economy

During the past several decades of economic development practice, the northern of Shaanxi Province have created an abundance of material wealth in the use of mineral resource endowment advantage, labor resources advantages, location advantages and other advantages. But it has not fundamentally change the backward districts of economic situation in northern of Shaanxi. The uncertainty of leading industries of country economic, together with wide and dispersion of investment caused the focus unclearly. Meanwhile, the industries contact is weak, the investment proportion is unreasonable. Above all, in the future we had to develop the country economy of northern Shaanxi continuous and healthy based on the resources leading industries and the new industrialization, together with the developing of resources market.
