| Abstract: | The Chinese modernization of legal system is a deserve result with the development of politics,economy and culture in modern China.Presently the research of it is one of the focuses in the school of legal history.On the basis of understanding the relationship between modernization and westernization,Zhang Jinfan made a profound research on the possibility and inevitability of the of the Chinese modernization of legal system.The paper will make a brief conclusion and valuation of his merits on it. |
