建设中国特色现代大学制度的路径及策略探析

中国特色现代大学制度的建设,既需要遵从高等教育的普遍规律,又要兼顾国情现实。在理论上,如何完善大学内外部治理结构,重构大学、政府与社会之间的关系,实现学术自治与学术自由,健全科学的管理制度是建设中国特色现代大学制度的宏观路径。但在实践策略上,既要逐步完善大学内部治理结构,推动大学章程建设,又要实现外部治理结构的优化,包括大学去行政化、政府简政放权、促进评价督导机制创新以及高校董事会制度的革新与完善等。
