摘    要:高校图书馆期刊阅览室面临前所未有的竞争,读者对期刊质量和服务的满意度有所下降,只有建立有效的管理机制,增加期刊的含金量,以人为本,实行人性化服务,才能充分发挥期刊阅览室的作用,使其真正成为读者之家。

Abstract:This article analyzes the reason of readers' dropping reading degree of satisfaction with the papered periodicals in periodicals'reading room of the library of the university,and proposed only by establishing the effctive management mechanism,increasing the quality periodicals,basing on the human nature,and carrying out the humanist service,can the funtion of periodicals' reading room be fully developed,and the periodicals' reading room really become family of readers.
