| Abstract: | From the perspective of system, the structure of the system determines the function of the system. The 17th congress of CCP confirms the basic structure of the system of the construction of CCP in the new period, and updates the function of the system of the construction of CCP, so discussing to optimize the structural system of the construction＇of CCP in new era has a very important significance to enhance the function of the system of the construction of CCP undoubtedly. |
