| 摘 要： | 宏观调控的核心问题是宏观调控权的配置和行使，但学界对此研究尚十分薄弱，本文着重探讨了宏观调控权方面的几个基本问题，即宏观调控的合法性及其权源，宏观调控权的配置，行使宏观调控权的原则，力度，以及宏观调控权的独立性等，以说明宏观调控权的法律解析对于宏观调控法理论和制度的完善的重要价值。

| Abstract: | An essential issue about macro control power is its allocation and performance, which have not received due attention in the academic circle. This article discusses some basic issues about the macro\|control, namely, the legitimacy and source of macro\|control, the allocation of the power of macro\|control, the principles and force for the performance of the macro\|control and the independence of the power in an effort to expound the ways of perfecting the theory and institutions of the macro\|control law through analyzing the power of macro\|control from the perspective of law. |
