| 摘 要： | 市场竞争的激化，正在催化着我国竞争情报业的繁荣，企业竞争情报系统的建设已经引起越来越多企业的关注，企业竞争情报系统的建设是企业信息化的重要内容，是竞争情报工作的组织保障和物质基础，本文在总结国内外验的基础上，构筑了具有三大网络、三个系统、一个中心和六大功能的竞争情报系统，反映了国际上关于竞争情报系统研究的最新进展。它将组织网络、信息网络和人际网络，人工与机助，信息网络与企业信息化平台，情报保障和智力支持结合起来，具有相当的先进性和实用性，可以为热切关注竞争情报系统建设的我国信息界和企业界提供有益的借鉴。

| Abstract: | The increased vehemence of market competition has spurred the prosperity of Competitive Intelligence (CI) in China. The development of Corporation Competitive Intelligence system (CIS) has attracted more and more attention, which ensures the organization and operation of CI. The construction of CIS becomes the important content of Enterprise Information, forming the basis of CI activites. This paper provides a new CIS model which includes three networks (Organization Network, Information Network, Human Relation Network), three systems (CI Collecting System, CI Analyzing System, CI Service System), and one center, namely Corporation Competitive Intelligence (CIC). |
